The hot water system leaves much to be desired-hot showers seem to be a luxury, leading to lukewarm experiences post a hot shower from another, leaving multiple guests disappointed. Room fittings are a mix of charm and chaos, with light switches scattered around. Guests reported issues with room cleanliness and maintenance, including soap dispensers failing and unexpected “cleaning” happening despite do not disturb signs.

The staff was friendly and offered helpful tips for exploring the city.

Additionally, the elevator was extremely small, making it quite inconvenient to manage my luggage. I also felt that the room's cleanliness did not meet the expected standards, which further detracted from my overall experience.
